2025 Scholarship Recipients
Our College-Bound Scholarship goes to a graduating senior that has planned and successfully enrolled in secondary education program. We are happy to announce that we have selected one young lady and one young man for the 2025 school year!!
Creating Access Through Opportunity
On December 16, 2025, Rise & Learn Foundation proudly donated funds to cover transportation for select and exceptional students who earned the opportunity to attend an LSU Women’s Basketball game in Baton Rouge. By removing the barrier of travel costs, we helped ensure these students could fully participate in an inspiring educational and cultural experience beyond the classroom. This moment reflects our commitment to equity, inclusion, and creating memorable opportunities that motivate and uplift students through exposure, encouragement, and community support.
Spreading Joy Through Community Partnership
In December 2025, Rise & Learn Foundation was honored to partner with community leader Carolyn Gee and Greater Mount Canaan Baptist Church for their annual Christmas Toy Drive. Together, we came alongside families during the holiday season to ensure children experienced joy, hope, and generosity.
Featured here are moments from our local news appearance, where Carolyn Gee and Rise & Learn Foundation shared the mission and impact of the drive with the community. This partnership reflects our continued commitment to collaboration, service, and uplifting families through meaningful community outreach.
